Pro-Cut's TorqStiks Approved by Ford

TorqStik now the only torque limiting socket approved by all of the Big 3 Automakers

 

Pro-Cut International's TorqStik brand of torque limiting sockets has been approved by Ford Motor Company for use by their dealers. This approval makes TorqStik the only brand of torque stick approved by all of the Big 3 auto manufacturers as General Motors and DaimlerChrysler have already tested and approved the product.

 

"We found the TorqStik's to be extremely accurate and consistent," said a Ford representative. "Add this to their aggressive pricing and they were the clear choice."

 

"It means a great deal to us to have our product tested and approved by Ford," said Pro-Cut manager Gina Hutchins.

 

Each TorqStik is color-coded and calibrated to deliver specific torque. An included chart tells the tech the correct stick to use on any vehicle. The TorqStik is then mounted on the end of the impact wrench, and the lug nuts tightened. Excess torque from the impact wrench is absorbed in the shaft of the stick, guaranteeing accuracy every time. NO calibration is needed.
