Pro-Cut and Hunter Settle Automatic Compensation Brake Lathe Dispute

Pro-Cut International and Hunter Engineering Company have settled a dispute concerning on-car brake lathe patents. As part of the agreement, effective October 1, 2003, Hunter will no longer sell their automatic compensating on-car brake lathe model OCL 360A and have further agreed to exit the market for automatic compensating on-car brake lathes.
