BMW APPROVES PRO-CUT PFM 9.0 ON-VEHICLE BRAKE LATHE FOR USE WORLDWIDE

WEST LEBANON, NH,– The Pro-Cut PFM 9.0 Auto-Compensating On-Vehicle Brake Lathe has been approved by BMW for use by their dealers. The 16 month evaluation took place in BMW's Germany headquarters and the resulting approval is worldwide.

 

The Pro-Cut PFM 9.0 performs brake rotor turning on the vehicle itself. The high degree of accuracy resulting from the lathe's on-board rate sensor and computer is important for high performance vehicles where tolerances can be especially tight. The automated process insures that tolerances are held regardless of the ability of a technician.
