Pro-Cut 9.0 Rotor Matching System

The PFM 9.0 is our entry level computerized compensation machine. Now with 1.0 hp motor and Disc-Lock trolley, this machine can handle most passenger vehicles and some lighter trucks. LED compensation indication lights alert the technician when machine is ready to cut. Bolt down dovetail cutting head, start up adapter package, and basic accessory kit included. Set up and training included in the US and Canada.

9.0 Key Features How the 9.0 Works
  1. 1.0 HP motor has all the power you'll need and the convenience of a 110v power supply.
  2. PFM computerized compensation the original patented version now with enhanced programming.
  3. Disc-Lock trolley makes changing sides simple and fast with sealed bearings and a positive locking mechanism.
  4. Bolt down cutting head with 8 hole slide plate for wide adjustment range.
  5. Standard body casting provides natural vibration dampening and is virtually indestructible.
  1. Tech installs adapter to vehicle, then lathe to adapter.
  2. Tech turns on lathe and presses one button to compensate for lateral run-out.
  3. Tech centers cutting head over rotor and, bolts down cutting head, sets depth of cut and sets stop cam.
  4. Tech depresses clutch, setting cut in motion then when cut is complete removes lathe and adapter
