Every new PFM 9.2 now comes with a precision matched on-board rate sensor and a “Live” digital run-out display to increase accuracy and help verify that you get a “Perfect Brake Job. Every Time!” DRO also includes ROI tracking capability to validate your investment. Also included is out exclusive Speed-Lock cutting head with “all hand lever” locking for speed, accuracy and smoother cuts.

9.2DRO Key Features How the 9.2DRO Works
  1. DRO computer with digital display and “odometer” readings for motor hours and number of cuts allows constant ROI monitoring.
  2. Speed-Lock cutting head with zero hand tool set up increases technician speed & accuracy. Disc-Lock trolley makes changing sides simple and fast with sealed bearings and a positive locking mechanism.
  3. 1.0HP Motor has all the power you’ll need and the convenience of a 110v power supply.
  4. Sculpted lathe body with built in handles provides natural vibration dampening and is virtually indestructible.
  1. Tech installs adapter to vehicle, then lathe to adapter by hand tightening with draw bar knob.
  2. Tech turns on lathe and presses one button to compensate for lateral run-out.
  3. Tech centers cutting head over rotor and, bolts down cutting head with Speed-Lock lever, sets depth of cut and sets stop cam.
  4. Tech depresses clutch, setting cut in motion. When cut is complete removes lathe and adapter.

Designed to not only give your increased speed and accuracy, but with the added flexibility to upgrade at any time to the full GYR Validated Brake System. Trolley and cutting head improvements allow better access on a wider variety of lifts and rotor types. Also included is our exclusive Speed-Lock cutting head with “all hand lever” locking for speed, accuracy, and smoother cuts.

ProCut 9.2GYR Rotor Matching System

Pro-Cut has taken the industry-standard PFM 9.2 on-car brake lathe and brought it into the information age. The PFM 9.2 GYR directs the technician to make in-spec repairs and captures the finished metrics (rotor thickness and run-out) of every rotor machined! Finished results are automatically saved to an on-line database and can be printed for customer and/or warranty reimbursement. The GYR System provides management with the means to set and successfully manage a single, profitable policy for brake repair.
